Physical Medicine Center

Charles H. Bonner, M.D., M.S., Medical Director of the Physical Medicine Center is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

The Physical Medicine Center provides physician guided physical therapy and rehabilitation for a wide spectrum of physical conditions and diagnoses, along with fitness programs, medical consultations, injection therapy, electromyograms (EMGs), nerve conduction studies, functional capacity evaluations (FCEs), independent medical evaluations (IMEs), a comprehensive back to work program and much more.
